Welcome to Dreamz on Fire. These Terms and Conditions apply to Dreamz on Fire courses, individual coaching programs, group coaching programs, memberships, short-term challenges, workshops, intensives, introductory experiences, law-firm-sponsored programs, and other programs or services offered by Dreamz on Fire.

By purchasing, enrolling in, subscribing to, accessing, or participating in a Dreamz on Fire program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions below.

1. PROGRAM PURPOSE & SCOPE

Dreamz on Fire provides financial education, behavioral coaching, accountability, resources, and community support designed to help participants better understand their financial habits, strengthen their relationship with money, and take practical action toward their personal financial goals.

Specific services, access periods, schedules, coaching hours, resources, and benefits vary by program and will be communicated at enrollment.

Dreamz on Fire programs are educational and coaching experiences. They are not individualized financial planning, investment management, tax preparation, legal services, or mental health treatment.

2. SHORT-TERM PROGRAMS, CHALLENGES, WORKSHOPS & INTRODUCTORY EXPERIENCES

Dreamz on Fire may periodically offer short-term educational or coaching experiences, including challenges, workshops, introductory programs, intensives, sprints, special events, and other limited-duration experiences.

These programs may include live coaching, recorded sessions, exercises, assessments, financial education, group discussions, worksheets, resources, and opportunities to learn about additional Dreamz on Fire programs.

Participation in a short-term program does not obligate the participant to enroll in, purchase, or continue into another Dreamz on Fire service or membership.

Pricing, dates, program length, content, promotional offers, access periods, and benefits may vary between programs.

3. MEMBERSHIPS & ONGOING GROUP PROGRAMS

Dreamz on Fire may offer ongoing memberships and group coaching programs, including Financially Empowered programs and other current or future membership offerings.

Memberships may include financial education, accountability, live sessions, coaching, recorded trainings, courses, resources, challenges, worksheets, community support, and other benefits.

Different membership levels may provide different levels of access, coaching, implementation support, accountability, or resources.

Specific benefits, coaching opportunities, schedules, resources, and membership features may evolve over time and will be communicated through the program platform, email, website, or other member communications.

4. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & ACCESS

Memberships are voluntary unless otherwise expressly stated at enrollment.

Participants may cancel a recurring membership at any time unless they have separately agreed to a defined program term, installment agreement, commitment period, or other payment arrangement.

Cancellation stops future membership renewals but does not generally refund charges that have already been processed, except where otherwise expressly stated or required by law.

When a membership is canceled or expires, access to membership-only content and benefits ends. This may include:

Content available through a membership does not become lifetime-access content simply because a participant previously viewed or participated in it.

Separately purchased Dreamz on Fire products that expressly include lifetime access remain subject to the access terms provided with that individual purchase.

5. INDIVIDUAL ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Certain Dreamz on Fire programs include individual coaching sessions.

The number of coaching sessions or hours, frequency of sessions, program duration, completion requirements, and other benefits depend upon the specific program purchased and the terms communicated at enrollment.

Coaching sessions are personal to the enrolled client and are non-transferable.

All coaching sessions must be completed within the timeframe established for the participant's program. Unless Dreamz on Fire agrees otherwise in writing, unused coaching sessions do not roll over beyond the applicable program period.

If coaching sessions are not completed within the required timeframe, unused sessions are forfeited. Additional coaching hours may be purchased at Dreamz on Fire's then-current coaching rate.

6. INDIVIDUAL COACHING CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients participating in one-on-one coaching agree to:

The effectiveness of coaching depends significantly upon the client's participation, preparation, communication, decisions, and implementation.

7. INDIVIDUAL COACHING CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

For scheduled one-on-one coaching appointments:

These policies are intended to protect scheduled coaching time and allow Dreamz on Fire to serve clients consistently.

8. ONE-TIME GRACE POLICY

Dreamz on Fire recognizes that unexpected circumstances can occur.

Clients participating in individual coaching receive a one-time grace exemption for their first missed coaching session or first instance of attending a session without completing required preparation or assignments.

The one-time grace exemption allows the client to reschedule that session without the additional rescheduling fee that would otherwise apply.

Once the one-time grace exemption has been used, subsequent missed appointments, late cancellations, or unprepared sessions will be handled according to the standard cancellation, rescheduling, and preparation policies.

The grace exemption may be used only once during the applicable coaching program and does not extend the overall deadline for completing the program unless Dreamz on Fire agrees otherwise in writing.

9. ASSIGNMENTS & PREPARATION FOR INDIVIDUAL COACHING

When assignments or coursework are required before an individual coaching session, clients are responsible for completing them before the scheduled appointment.

Arriving without completing required preparation may result in cancellation of that session and may be treated as a missed session.

After the one-time grace exemption has been used, an additional fee equivalent to one coaching hour may be required to reschedule an appointment canceled because required assignments were not completed.

Participation and preparation are important components of the coaching process and directly affect the client's ability to benefit from the program.

10. RECORDING OF GROUP & LIVE SESSIONS

Certain Dreamz on Fire group programs, memberships, workshops, challenges, intensives, coaching sessions, and live educational sessions may be recorded so eligible participants or active members can access replays.

Because some sessions are interactive, a participant's first name or display name, voice, video image, questions, comments, financial circumstances, or voluntary participation may appear in a recording.

Recordings are intended for private educational use within the applicable Dreamz on Fire program or membership unless otherwise disclosed.

Recordings may be made available temporarily following a live session. Dreamz on Fire may remove recordings at any time and does not guarantee that every live session or replay will remain available for any particular period unless expressly stated as part of the applicable program.

Dreamz on Fire may also select, edit, shorten, de-identify, or otherwise modify portions of recorded sessions for inclusion in a private member resource or replay library. Not every session or portion of a session will be retained long term.

Participants should avoid sharing highly sensitive or personally identifying information during recorded group sessions, including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, routing numbers, passwords, login credentials, bankruptcy case numbers, or other information that is not necessary for coaching or educational purposes.

Participants may discuss their personal financial circumstances, including income, expenses, debt, savings, spending, financial challenges, and other information they voluntarily choose to share. Participants are responsible for exercising discretion regarding the level of personal information they disclose in a group environment.

Participants who do not wish to appear visually in a recording may keep their camera turned off. A participant who does not want an individual coaching or hot-seat portion of a group session included in a replay should notify Dreamz on Fire before that coaching begins so reasonable efforts can be made to pause the recording or remove that portion before the replay is published.

Dreamz on Fire will not intentionally use a participant's identifiable personal story, image, voice, coaching session, or testimonial for public advertising, social media, or promotional purposes without separate appropriate permission.

11. COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Financial and coaching conversations can involve personal and sensitive information. Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

Information shared by another participant during a private group session, coaching session, membership, community, or program may not be recorded, copied, screenshotted, screen-recorded, reposted, distributed, discussed, or shared outside the program without that person's permission.

This includes another participant's personal story, financial circumstances, income, debt, spending, bankruptcy status or circumstances, family or relationship information, coaching discussions, and other personal information disclosed within the group.

Dreamz on Fire will take reasonable steps to protect participant information and may establish additional privacy practices for particular sessions, including limiting replay availability, editing recordings, removing portions of recordings, or encouraging participants to use only a first name or first name and last initial during group sessions.

Because group programs involve interaction among participants, Dreamz on Fire cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Participants are responsible for using their own discretion when deciding what personal, financial, or sensitive information to disclose in a group environment.

Violation of another participant's privacy or unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of group discussions may result in removal from the applicable program or membership.

12. FINANCIAL EDUCATION — NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX OR LEGAL ADVICE

Dreamz on Fire provides financial education, behavioral coaching, accountability, and support.

Dreamz on Fire does not provide:

Participants remain responsible for their own financial decisions.

When individualized professional advice is necessary, participants should consult an appropriately licensed attorney, CPA, tax professional, financial advisor, investment professional, or other qualified professional.

13. COACHING IS NOT THERAPY OR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT

Dreamz on Fire coaching may address financial habits, behaviors, accountability, goals, stress surrounding money, decision-making, beliefs, patterns, and implementation.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be used as a substitute for services provided by a licensed mental health professional.

Participants experiencing mental health concerns or requiring therapeutic treatment should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.

14. BANKRUPTCY, CHAPTER 13 & LAW-FIRM-SPONSORED PROGRAMS

Certain Dreamz on Fire programs may be offered to or made available to individuals involved in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 13 bankruptcy, or may be sponsored, purchased, recommended, or referred by a bankruptcy attorney, law firm, or other third party.

These programs provide financial education, behavioral coaching, habit support, budgeting assistance, accountability, and community support. They are designed to complement—not replace—the legal representation and advice provided by the participant's bankruptcy attorney.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Dreamz on Fire is an independent educational and coaching provider.

Participation in a Dreamz on Fire program does not create an attorney-client relationship between the participant and Dreamz on Fire.

Participation also does not alter, expand, replace, or extend the legal representation provided by the participant's attorney or law firm.

Participants must consult their retained bankruptcy attorney for questions concerning their bankruptcy case, petition, court requirements, bankruptcy plan, legal rights, legal obligations, or other legal matters.

Participant Responsibility

Participants remain responsible for their own financial decisions and for implementing the educational tools, budgeting practices, behavioral strategies, and action steps discussed through Dreamz on Fire.

Participation in Dreamz on Fire does not guarantee successful completion of a Chapter 13 plan, discharge of debt, approval of a bankruptcy plan, improvement of a credit score, or any other particular bankruptcy, legal, or financial outcome.

Sponsoring or Referring Law Firms

A law firm may pay for, sponsor, recommend, or refer a client to a Dreamz on Fire program.

Such an arrangement does not make Dreamz on Fire part of the law firm and does not make the law firm responsible for Dreamz on Fire's educational or coaching services.

Likewise, Dreamz on Fire does not control and is not responsible for the legal advice or services provided by a participant's attorney or law firm.

Sponsored Program Access & Continued Membership

Participants whose access is sponsored or paid for by a bankruptcy attorney, law firm, or other sponsoring organization may participate in the applicable Dreamz on Fire program for the period of access provided under that sponsorship arrangement.

The length of sponsored access may vary and will be communicated to the participant through Dreamz on Fire, the sponsoring organization, or the applicable enrollment materials.

When the sponsored access period ends, the participant's sponsored access will end.

Participants may have the option to continue in the applicable Dreamz on Fire program or membership at their own expense, subject to the pricing, benefits, availability, and terms offered at that time.

Use of an access code, promotional code, or other sponsored enrollment method does not create lifetime access or guarantee continued participation beyond the applicable sponsored access period.

Privacy & Program Reporting

Dreamz on Fire respects participant privacy.

Personal financial information shared privately with Dreamz on Fire will not be intentionally disclosed to a sponsoring or referring law firm or other third party except with the participant's permission, as required by law, or as otherwise disclosed and agreed to as part of a specific program.

Dreamz on Fire may share de-identified or aggregated participation and progress information with a sponsoring organization or law firm for purposes such as evaluating overall program participation, effectiveness, or outcomes. Such reporting will not intentionally identify an individual participant unless the participant has consented or disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.

15. PAYMENTS, PAYMENT PLANS & ACCOUNT STATUS

Payment requirements vary according to the program or service selected.

When a program is purchased using an installment plan, the payment plan is a financing arrangement for the program and is not necessarily a pay-as-you-go arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated at enrollment, participants remain responsible for completing agreed-upon installment payments even if they discontinue participation, stop attending, or do not complete the program.

If a required payment is missed, declined, or becomes past due, Dreamz on Fire may place course access, membership benefits, community access, and/or coaching sessions on hold until the account is brought current.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by the refund terms presented for the specific program or purchase and applicable law.

16. NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL OR OTHER RESULTS

Dreamz on Fire provides education, tools, coaching, accountability, and support but cannot guarantee any particular result.

No specific credit score, savings amount, debt reduction, income increase, business result, investment return, bankruptcy outcome, or other financial result is promised or guaranteed.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or participant stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees that another participant will achieve the same or similar results.

Individual results vary based upon personal circumstances, participation, decisions, effort, implementation, and factors outside Dreamz on Fire's control.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROGRAM ACCESS

All Dreamz on Fire course materials, recordings, worksheets, presentations, exercises, videos, written materials, graphics, frameworks, training methods, and proprietary resources are owned by Dreamz on Fire or used with appropriate permission.

Enrollment or membership provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use applicable materials for the participant's own personal educational purposes.

Unless Dreamz on Fire provides written permission, materials may not be:

Login credentials, course access, recordings, and membership access may not be shared with another person.

Dreamz on Fire reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when course content, recordings, materials, or login credentials are improperly shared or distributed.

18. PARTICIPANT & COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Dreamz on Fire is committed to maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.

Participants agree to interact respectfully with Dreamz on Fire staff, contractors, coaches, and other participants.

Harassment, bullying, threats, discriminatory comments or conduct, abusive behavior, or serious disruption of a program or community will not be tolerated.

Dreamz on Fire reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant from a program, course, coaching relationship, membership, or community for serious or repeated violations of these standards.

Removal for violation of these standards does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

19. PROGRAM, SCHEDULE, BENEFIT & PRICING CHANGES

Dreamz on Fire reserves the right to update or modify program materials, coaching schedules, session dates and times, instructors, membership benefits, platform features, program components, resources, and pricing as reasonably necessary.

Program dates, coaching schedules, and session times are subject to change. When practical, participants will be notified in advance of scheduling changes. Canceled coaching or live sessions may be rescheduled as appropriate.

Program, coaching, and membership prices are subject to change. Pricing changes will not be applied retroactively to payments that have already been processed.

Participation in one Dreamz on Fire course, coaching package, short-term program, challenge, promotion, membership, or special offer does not guarantee that the same price, discount, benefits, promotional offer, schedule, or program format will be available in the future.

20. ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participants acknowledge that financial progress and long-term behavioral change depend significantly upon their own circumstances, decisions, participation, and implementation.

Participants remain responsible for determining whether and how to use the educational information, tools, strategies, and coaching provided by Dreamz on Fire.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dreamz on Fire and its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, referring professionals, sponsoring organizations, and partners are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from a participant's individual financial, legal, tax, investment, business, bankruptcy, or personal decisions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Dreamz on Fire may periodically update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to its programs, coaching services, memberships, policies, pricing structures, partnerships, or business operations.

Updated Terms will apply as permitted by law.

Material changes affecting active participants or members may be communicated through email, the applicable program or membership platform, the Dreamz on Fire website, or another reasonable method.

22. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing, enrolling in, subscribing to, accessing, or participating in a Dreamz on Fire course, coaching service, membership, challenge, workshop, intensive, sprint, law-firm-sponsored program, bankruptcy-related educational program, or other service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
